I'm not a big fan of this cover first of all. The bodies just kind of disappear and I think it looks odd.Lash is an angel who was sent on a mission to save one little boy. While trying to complete this mission he also saves a girl, Jane. She was not meant to be saved and Lash is punished by being banished to Earth.35 years later he is given a second chance - to watch over Naomi, the daughter of the boy he originally was assigned to save. But can he do his job while falling in love with her?I liked the back story of this book - all of the angel lore and their stories. Some of the plot was too complicated and some too simple. It was a quick read.I received this ARC from Netgalley in return for an honest review.
