I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.This was a contemporary romance that I thought was cute and and a quick read. I was very surprised right from the get go when Emmie had to carry around a lot of guilt with her.She moves to NYC to fulfill her dreams of being an art student and needs to find housing. She finds more than just that when she finds a loft to live in.Her landlord, Colin, quickly gets to her and sparks fly. Both characters have their own baggage to deal with. I liked the secondary characters- they were funny and lighthearted.I would recommend this book to people who enjoy contemporary romances,
